Is a professional company in environment protection technology, equipment R&D and project management, including research, design, equipment manufacturing, supply, installation and test guidance. It’s a technology and management intensive high-tech enterprises in Shanghai.
ZHONGGEYUECHENG have a high technology and project management experience’s R&D experts, most of them are senior engineer coming from A state design institute, famous enterprises, they are have rich experience in the theory and practice through long time engaged with environment water treatment technique, equipment and other non-standard production line, our experts design, manufacture and construct many large and medium-sized environment water treatment, equipment and production line.
In management system aspect, we use advanced 3D modeling software and project management pattern (PMP) to management and modern logistic theory to assure material supply. Now, we are waiting for ISO 9001 (2000) quality management system authentication. We have a special base for equipment manufacture and there is a well-education, experience and advanced outfit’s project constructing team.
ZHONGGEYUECHENG mainly work on the following three aspects: environment water treatment, polishing series equipment and special non-standard equipment production line.
In environment water treatment aspect, there are professional technology staff who are working on environment protect and dedicate to transplant foreign advanced technology, meanwhile they develop acidity/alkalescence waste water treatment technologies and equipment, soft water desalination technologies and equipment, high effectual lime preparation and putting set, high effectual integration putting set, at the same time, develop gravity sand filters, bevel precipitate set, many series of filter set, super filter set, prevent infiltration set, cooling tower, large-sized frothing water tank, cleaning device etc.. All these technologies and equipments are domestic leading level.
Polishing series equipment is on the basis of introducing of Germany technology and equipment then we localize them according to native situation. The equipment is a container which top opened, bottom could circumvolve, special design between aperture system and auto putting medicine set in circumvolve container, putting polishing medium (abrasive material) and work piece (semi-manufactured goods) into container, after salver turning, container will circular moved, through oppositely movement between work piece and abrasive material, achieving high-glabrous polishing medium efficacy. This series polishing equipment could apply to the small and pindling precise part which require high-quality and stability at last polishing working procedure like textile needles block, precise stamping piece, precise hardware electronic piece, horologe and instrument. This series equipment has been registered as patent products.
In special non-standard equipment production line aspect, we have designed and manufactured large-sized steel structure transportation equipments like 30 tons of hydraulic lifting platform, paint and install technologies hoisting chains, port crane, bucket wheel fetching goods equipment, bucket wheel unloaded equipment, bridge stacker cranes, parenthood carriers car and etc.. Heaters equipment like chain plate annealing furnace, tempering correction (heat treatment) furnaces, phreatic annealing furnace, infrared radiation drying furnace and etc.. Professional equipment for part of vehicle’s test and experimentation like VW series car back bridge vertical displacement test machine, the vehicle's fuel tank crashed test machine, the vehicle's fuel tank low-speed collision test machine, automobile brake caliper torsional strength test machine, automobile fuel tank fire-resistant test machine and etc.; Mould products like plastic moulds (thermoplastic), suppression mould (thermoset), cold die, die mold and etc.; Automation equipment and product line like high phosphorus bauxite crushing wind election production line, dust coal brick production line, ultrasonic cleaning assembly line, car silicone fan clutch assembly lines and etc..
